Site Usage

You do not need to create an account to view jobs but to utilize certain features of the system you will need to register and login.
- Applying for a job is free (you just have to be registered and logged in).
- Posting a job is currently *FREE*.

We do not share personal information or email addresses without your consent. You can opt out of 3rd party offers at any time by visiting the "My Dashboard" then "My Profile" link on this website (and unchecking "opt in").

We are not responsible for the jobs that are posted but do reserve the right to exclude jobs that do not meet legal or ethical standards.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data that are saved in your computer’s web browser. These cookies allow us to temporarily store non-sensitive information that allows our website to remember your preferences during your session. We also use cookies to track some information on how well our website is performing, such as what pages you are visiting and for how long. Advertisers

We utilize advertisers on the system to offset our costs. Your personal information is not shared with any of the advertisers.

Information that we collect

We collect information from you to share with job posters when you apply for a job (or to job seekers when accepted for a job).
We do not display email addresses or phone numbers on publicly viewed screens. PerDiemJobs does share its customer lists to third parties.
All of the personal information we collect from you is available to view, change or delete from the "My Profile" screen.

Registration information - when you register on the site, we collect your email address, name and phone#. This is used for posting a job or applying to a job.
We do not share this information unless you apply to a job or if the employer accepts you (or requests additional information).
Email addresses and phone#s are not publicly displayed. We only use session cookies that are immediately removed once you logoff or close your browser sessions.

Chat Room

If you utilize the "Chat Room", we do not control what you enter which is information that will be publicly viewed (including the date and your chat userid). We do ask that you do not enter personal contact information as this feature is just meant for sharing ideas about jobs and job related information. We also reserve the right to remove unethical or unrelated postings.

Security

All passwords are stored using strong encryption technology. We do not ask for or store any financial information from you.
- You can choose to use MFA (multi-factor authentication) where a pin# will be emailed to you at each login.
- You are responsible for using a strong password (and changing it often).
- We are not liable for any unauthorized access if your credentials have been compromized.
- Please remember to log-out at the end of each session and close your browser sessions.

GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary if registering on the site to post or apply for a job (or to utilize other features of the site). We do not collect financial data from you at any time. As per GDPR, you have the right to access your data, correcting it or removing it completely from our system (through the "My Profile" options). We do not sell or share any personal information with third party companies. You can also opt out of emails at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in an email or by uchecking the opt-in box in the "My Profile" screen.

Payment Processing

Currently this is a free site and applying for or posting a job is free. When (and if) we charge a fee for posting a job, this disclaimer will be updated and we will use an authorized third party to collect the fees (such as Paypal). Using an authorized third party payment processor relieves us from asking for or storing any financial information from you. An authorized payment processor facilitates the payment transaction and ensures your financial information is secure and not shared.

Since we utilize advertisers to offset our costs, this site will contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties (not related to PerDiemJobs). You acknowledge that PerDiemJobs is not responsible for the operation of that site or the content located on that site. Their disclaimer and terms of service will then apply.

Ethical Posting

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any job that does meet legal or ethical standards. We can also restrict, block or remove any user suspected of unauthorized activity. Misuse of the website includes creating misleading or illegal job postings, using foul language or infringing on intellectual rights of others. Jobs or users that violate our terms of service are subject to being removed and/or blocked from the system.

Indemnification

You agree to hold perdiemjobs.com and its officers and directors harmless from any and all claims arising from the use of this service. This includes the unauthorized use of your userid and password. You also acknowledge that we shall have no liability arising from your failure to provide or maintain accurate contact information.

Force Majeure

Perdiemjobs.com will maintain its best efforts to ensure the website is available and bug-free. However, we do not guarantee unlimited access or any delays in access resulting from any condition beyond our reasonable control.
